In recent years, Xingtai Steel has continued to make efforts on the scientific development path of "improving quality, improving efficiency and saving costs", actively carried out innovative exploration and systematic practice. Recently, a new round of Lean Six Sigma project guidance activities was officially launched internally.
During the guidance activity, 25 projects were established, involving production, quality, technology, equipment, warehousing and other fields. The process covered the theoretical knowledge of the basic concepts, tools and methods, management models of Lean Six Sigma, with a focus on strengthening the application skills of "how to use statistical and improvement tools to identify, analyze and solve problems in projects". In addition, this guidance also evaluated and provided feedback on the definition and measurement stages of the projects, and provided guidance and support for project promotion.
In recent years, Xingtai Steel has continuously strengthened its lean management work, with the theme of promoting high-quality development, talent training as the main line, project implementation as the carrier, and problem-solving as the orientation. It has made every effort to promote Lean Six Sigma management to become a strategic execution tool for the company. The company has compiled a practical guidebook for Six Sigma application, formulated a promotion plan, continuously consolidated the foundation of grassroots lean management, and comprehensively improved the management capabilities and competitiveness of the enterprise.
